Hi, my name is Erin and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am originally from Albuquerque, NM and graduated with my Master's degree from New Mexico Highlands University. Over the past 16 years, I have worked with children, youth, and families in a variety of settings. I specialize in eating disorders, body dysmorphia, OCD, anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma work. I also specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals (children, teens, adults), including autism, IDD, and challenging behaviors. I am trained in Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) for families with young children as well as Trauma Focused-CBT.
I have a passion for helping people become the best versions of themselves! My goal is to create a tailored plan just for you. No two people are alike and I believe that therapy should be customized to fit your needs. I believe therapy should be a safe place and we work together to create that for you. I truly believe that therapy is for everyone no matter their background, beliefs, or age. No problem is too big or too small. Many of my clients have struggled with food, body issues, and/or eating disorders. Throughout our work together, I believe that everyone can have a healthy relationship with food and their body. It is possible! I love helping people achieve body neutrality and acceptance and smashing ANY "social norm" that makes us feel less than. For children and adolescents, I work hard to create a welcoming and safe environment where kids can not only express themselves but are free to explore and learn from their own emotions and experiences.

My name is Liz and I am a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LPCC). I believe that every person is equipped with the power, right, and ability to improve their own life. I practice from a strengths-based and solution-focused approach, looking at what the client is already equipped with and what is already working to inform how we move forward together. I also believe that looking outside the client is important in fully understanding what brings them into therapy, recognizing the role that gender, social, political, economic, and multicultural issues have on emotional well-being and health. I have a background working with individuals struggling with eating disorders, which has given me experience working with people of diverse ages and genders, addressing body image issues, anxiety, depression, and general life stresses and challenges.
I incorporate tools from various modalities into my practice, including CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness, and positive psychology. I am flexible in approach and like to collaborate with my clients to determine what will help them meet their therapeutic goals. It is my hope that clients who work with me leave feeling empowered and recognize their own agency and worthiness. I understand that therapy can sometimes feel intimating, and create nonjudgemental space where all people, experiences, and emotions are welcome. While therapy is challenging work, it is also be a place to celebrate successes and welcome humor and joy.
I was born and raised in Phoenix and feel so lucky to now call Albuquerque home. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, baking, reading, and spending as much time as possible outside.

My approach to therapy is client-centered. I work with my clients to explore their thought processes, behaviors, and emotions to understand the ways in which these are holding them back from living their best lives. I believe that all people are inclined to help themselves, and that every person has the innate capacity for healing and growth. I partner with my clients to form a therapeutic relationship that supports their individual growth and change, whatever that may look like to them. My office is a safe space designed to cultivate exploration and recovery. During a first visit, clients should expect to be welcomed and to share what it is that brought them in and to begin to formulate therapeutic goals. I approach my practice from a holistic perspective and understand that all areas of life are tied together in creating mental and physical health. I honor my clients as individuals, and pull from different treatment modalities to work with my clients to design a treatment that meets them where they are.

I am a Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor (LPCC) who has enjoyed a variety of career experiences in Tennessee, Georgia, and New Mexico. I’ve worked with children, teens, and adults with developmental and learning differences (often identified as learning disabled, gifted, or twice exceptional). I’m experienced in helping people work through anxiety, self-esteem issues, and “going through something.” I’m not a huge fan of the DSM and I would often “diagnose” people with “going through a thing” if I could.
I earned both a BA in Psychology and an MBA from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and later earned an MA in Counseling from the University of New Mexico and a Certificate of Program Completion from the Sand Tray Training Institute of New Mexico.
I have a particular passion for working from a neurobiological perspective, calming the nervous system and creating a sense of safety in relationship by cultivating a compassionate approach, using a healthy dose of humor, and taking time to build solid rapport and trust. I am honored to listen deeply to your stories and collaborate with you to find your inner strengths. My favorite ways of doing this are through conversation and with sand trays. I learn how you see the world around you and your place in it, following your lead and sharing perspectives with you about what I am seeing and hearing from you. Through this work, you begin to see new ways to look at your stories, make meaning from them, and become empowered to determine where they will go next.

Are you feeling lonely? Unable to experience joy? Mired in self-sabotage? Often feel at odds with yourself? Enraged? Have the idea you’re failing life? Caught up in grief? Then it would be my privilege to be your therapist.
I am a licensed clinical social worker with postgraduate training in interpersonal and relational psychoanalysis and trauma. The heart of my work with patients is at the intersection of developmental and relational trauma and marginalized identities. Many patients come to work with me because of challenges that have roots in past relationships. These challenges and their roots inevitably emerge in therapy because it too is a relationship. Actively addressing what emerges in the relationship between patient and therapist during sessions is central to how I work with patients, and this includes the sociopolitical.
While capitalism and white supremacy prefer I move away from the sociopolitical, doing so not only perpetuates harm to patients with marginalized identities but also perpetuates harm to my own Disabledness, Queerness, Blackness, and Koreanness. If any of this resonates and you are open to longer-term, process-oriented psychotherapy, please get in touch.

Hi there! My name is Hannah and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I moved to New Mexico from the East Coast after making the decision to create a more meaningful and authentic life for myself.
You’ll find as we work together, I bring a spirit of curiosity and interrelatedness through warmth, validation, and compassion. I started my career working with adolescents and later transitioned to adult therapy. My professional experience as a clinician extends from suicide and crisis support to helping those struggling with problematic substance use. As of late, my work has focused on treating those with mood and/or anxiety disorders.
I primarily use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with clients. DBT involves mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. I was first introduced to DBT in my own life through personal therapy, and found it to be so effective that I carried it over into my practice with clients. I earned a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a Master’s in Social Work from Florida State University. In my freetime, I enjoy tending to my house plants, relaxing to Van Morrison’s Veedon Fleece album, and using a backyard cattle feeder for cold plunges. I detested the cold plunge at first, but now I can proudly say I can withstand five minutes in that cold water!
Life can be hard and it can be worth living. Someone once told me that New Mexico is a special place of healing and I know this to be true. Through small consistent actions, you can create the kind of life you want and we can do it together. I hope to meet you soon!

I am a LCSW and received my Bachelor’s Degree in Religious Studies from the University of New Mexico, and my Masters of Social Work with a concentration in mental health from the University of Denver. I have experience in working with a diverse range of clients from across the lifespan, and am now focusing my work with adults, 18 and up. What I am most passionate about is helping trauma and abuse survivors, people struggling through life transitions, helping new parents, family and relational concerns, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and burnout. Because of these passions I received training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and work with other trauma treatments to help survivors. I also use other treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness based CBT, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and enjoy working with other creative and brain and body-based interventions. I approach work with my clients from a collaborative and strengths-based point of view, and work to foster a safe, caring, inclusive environment to help you work towards your goals and create change for yourself.
I was raised here in the Albuquerque area, moved to Colorado in 2014 and then to Wyoming in 2016, and returned back home in 2018. In my free time I enjoy gardening, cooking and baking, yoga, being with loved ones, reading, being artistically creative and watching TV and movies.
